Pre-Qualification of Contractors for Internal Development Works

Description

Applications for pre-qualification are invited from well-reputed and experienced contractors for internal development works within the society. The scope of work includes: repair and maintenance of the existing boundary wall, construction of the main gate along with a guard room, construction of roads, demarcation/leveling of plots and blocks, cleaning and repair of sewerage lines, execution of electrical infrastructure works, development of parks and sports playgrounds, laying of Sui gas pipelines, and installation of water blocks along with other miscellaneous civil works. These works will be executed across Sector Nos. 4-A/4, 5-A/4, and 5-A/5 in Scheme 33, Karachi.
