Description
Sealed tenders/bids are invited on a single-stage two-sealed-envelope basis from reputable companies/firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments for the immediate supply of office resources divided into two main expenditure categories: Computer Stationery and Miscellaneous Other Expenditure items for the financial year 2025-26.
Operational Compliance Steps:
Tax Registration & Standing: Bidders must be active, reputable firms officially registered with both Income Tax (NTN) and Sales Tax (GST) authorities. Bidders must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
Document Acquisition: Official tender forms containing exhaustive specifications and item lists can be obtained free of cost from the office during standard business hours (10:00 AM to 03:00 PM).
Financial Guarantees: Bidders must submit earnest money in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Bank Draft from any scheduled bank, valid for 90 days from the opening date. The mandatory amounts are Rs. 120,000/- for Head 1 and Rs. 150,000/- for Head 2, made in favor of "Chief Commissioner IR, Regional Tax Office, Lahore". The successful bidder must furnish a 10% performance security deposit upon award.
Administrative Details: Sealed physical proposals must be delivered to the office latest by 01:00 PM on 04 June 2026. Bids will be unsealed at 03:00 PM on the same afternoon in the Conference Hall of the Regional Tax Office, Lahore. Technical proposals must include a copy of the bidder profile, GST/NTN certificates, manufacturer/dealer authorization, and a sample or lab test report where applicable. The Chairman Purchase Committee reserves full administrative authority to reject any or all bids prior to formal acceptance.
