Description: Reference # BRSP/MCP-IHHN/Electrical Items 2026. This initiative is in collaboration with Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) and funded by an international donor. The procurement process will follow a single-stage, single-envelope procedure. Quantities of items can be increased or decreased.

Solar Panel (Specifications mentioned in SBD) — 3 nos

Operational Compliance Steps:

Experience & Tax Standings: Suppliers must have at least 3 years' experience in the relevant field to participate in the bid. Bidders must be registered for Sales Tax and Income Tax. Bids must be accompanied by a complete company/vendor profile. Bids will be finalized on the basis of cost, quality of items/product, and the experience/profile of firms.

Financial Security Tools: Bidders must deposit a Pay Order/Call Deposit in the name of BRSP for an amount equal to 2% (Refundable) of the total bid amount. Bids without a Pay Order/Call Deposit and incomplete documents will not be considered for further evaluation.

Document Sourcing: Interested bidders can download the tender documents from www.brsp.org.pk/tenders or collect them directly from the BRSP office in Quetta during working hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) from 16th May 2026 onwards.
