Procurement of Event Management Services for the Launch Event of Spatial Strategy

IPL-4831. Sealed bids/proposals are invited from eligible, well-reputed, registered firms or event management companies for the comprehensive provisioning of event management services required for the official high-profile launch event of the Spatial Strategy project. The procurement cycle follows a Single Stage – Two Envelopes bidding process under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must have a valid firm pricing window of 90 days from the opening date.

Operational Compliance Steps:

Tax and Legal Standings: Bidders must be active, registered entities with the Income Tax (NTN) and Sales Tax (GST) departments, appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR. Registration with the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) is mandatory. Bidders must provide a valid affidavit on stamp paper confirming they have never been blacklisted by any government, semi-government, or autonomous public body.
