Executive Engineer Building Division Jhelum invited E-Tenders for 11 schemes from Engineering Firms/Contractors on item rates basis as per Finance Department Notification No. RO (TECH)FD/1-3/2016, dated: 11.10.2024, in line with relevant PPRA Rules. Works include: 1) Programme for Revamping of 552 BHUs of North & Central Punjab (Phase-I) at BHU Pindi Said Pur Tehsil P.D.Khan District Jhelum - 2.221(M), 2) Programme for Revamping of 552 BHUs of North & Central Punjab (Phase-I) at BHU Sauwal Tehsil P.D.Khan District Jhelum - 1.818(M), 3) Programme for Revamping of 552 BHUs of North & Central Punjab (Phase-I) at BHU Thatti Tehsil P.D.Khan District Jhelum - 1.296(M), 4) Construction of boundary wall 9" thick 8' hight with razor cut wire 24" dia meter (92 Rft) at Civil Rest House Noor Madina Tul Binat District Jhelum - 0.519(M), 5) M&R to Judges Colony at Soahwa District Jhelum (Civil Work) - 0.600(M), 6) M&R to Judges Colony at Soahwa District Jhelum (Sanitary Work) - 0.600(M), 7) M&R to Judges Colony & Near Session Court at Jhelum (External Development) - 0.598(M), 8) M&R to Civil Quarters/Judicial Colony Near Police Lines at Jhelum (External Development) - 0.600(M), 9) Lot Wise M&R works at 5 residences in Jhelum - 0.500(M) total, 10) M&R to Sessions Court Building Division Jhelum at Dina District Jhelum - 0.600(M), 11) M&R to Solarization System at Building Sub Division Sohawa at Dina District Jhelum - 0.600(M). Total Estimated Cost: 9.972 Million and Total Earnest Money @ 5%: 496,100.
