The Collectorate of Custom (Enforcement), Peshawar are inviting Sealed Bids from the contractors duly enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in appropriate category & having valid PEC license for Uplifting/ Renovation and Interior & Exterior Construction at Office Building located at Abbottabad under the Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement), Peshawar. NIT Cost (PKR): 54,128,234.88/-. Bid Security (PKR): 2,706,411.7/-. Date and Time of Receiving of Tenders on EPADs: 30-04-2026 at 12:00 pm. Date and Time of Opening of Tenders: 30-04-2026 at 12:30 pm. Bidding shall be conducted in line with Public Procurement Rules 2004, e-Pak Procurement Regulations, 2023. The firms may apply who fulfill the criteria mentioned in the Bid document available on EPADS at (https://eprocure.gov.pk). Manual submission without submission on EPADs is not allowed. Technical Envelop must include valid enlistment/renewal of firm with PEC (having relevant category and codes), tax registrations & Completion certificate of similar nature of work done during last 5 years. Bid Security shall be in the form of Call Deposit bearing Name of Firm in favor of Assistant Collector, (HQ), Collector of Custom (Enforcement), Peshawar from local scheduled Bank of Pakistan. A challan amounting to PKR 10,000/- issued in favor of Assistant Collector (HQ), Collector of Customs (Enforcement), Peshawar, from any scheduled bank operating in Pakistan be submitted to General Branch at Custom House, Peshawar.
