SECP invites applications for Islamabad-based position in Mergers and Restructuring Department: Director - Mergers & Restructuring Department Position: 01. Qualification: Masters/Bachelors degree 16 years education in Accounting/Finance or Law from HEC-recognized university or Qualified CA/CMA/ACCA. Post-Qualification Experience: At least 15 years of demonstrable post-qualification experience in corporate finance/corporate and financial restructuring with preferably 3 years hands-on experience of managing financial/legal transactions of mergers amalgamations & other schemes under company law.
