Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan ne International Research Support Initiative Programme (IRSIP) Batch 59 ke liye applications open kar di hain. Ye ek six-month international research fellowship hai jo Pakistan aur AJK ke full-time PhD scholars ke liye hai. Is program ka maqsad scholars ko top-ranked foreign universities mein research exposure dena hai taake wo apni PhD thesis ka kuch hissa bahar mukammal kar saken.

Ye fellowship un PhD students ke liye hai jo HEC-recognized institutions mein enrolled hain (Fall 2022 se pehle nahi aur Fall 2024 ke baad nahi), jinka research topic aur synopsis BASR/DASR se approved ho. Apply karne ke liye foreign university se acceptance letter aur HEC scholarship holders ke liye NOC lazmi hai. Apply karne ki aakhri tareekh 11 May, 2026 hai aur Rs. 3,000/- non-refundable processing fee lagay gi. Apply scholarship.hec.gov.pk par karein.
