Qualification: 16 years education in Public Policy, Economics, Development Studies, Project Management, BBA, Accounting & Finance or relevant
Experience: Min 5 years in public/private/development sector | Govt/foreign-funded projects preferred
Skills: Data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI), analytical, report-writing, communication
Preference: Master's degree, top-tier universities, team leading experience
Process: Phase-I Shortlisting → Phase-II Aptitude Test → Phase-III Interview
