Qualification: Minimum 16 years education in Public Policy, Economics, Development Studies, Project Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or relevant
Experience: Minimum 5 years in public/private sector | Govt/foreign-funded projects preferred | Data analysis tools Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint | Strong analytical, report-writing, communication skills
Preference: Graduates from good foreign universities, national centers of excellence | Masters & additional qualification preferred | Team leadership experience
