Qualification: a) Member ICSP or b) Member ICAP/ICMAP or c) Master MBA/Commerce/Law graduate HEC recognized
Experience: Minimum 15 years relevant work, preferred 10 years as Company Secretary in Public Sector/Public Ltd Company SECP
Expertise: Companies Act 2017, SECP rules, AGM/BOD meetings, regulatory liaison, legal drafting
Salary: Market based | Age Limit: Max 55 years | Nationality: Pakistani Only
