Job Description
Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation invites applications for its Transformation Team. All positions are based in Karachi on 3 years annually renewable contract with market-based remuneration.
COMMERCIAL DIVISION:
1. Manager / Director Recovery & Receivables - Master's in Business Admin/Finance/Economics/Engineering/Public Policy. Min 8 years experience in revenue recovery, billing operations. Age limit: 45 years.
2. Manager / Director Performance Management - Professional qualification in Accounting/Finance OR Master's in Business Admin/Finance/Economics/Data Analytics. Min 8 years experience with 5 years in performance management. Age limit: 45 years.
3. Manager / Director Metering - Master's from HEC recognized institution preferably Engineering background. Min 8 years experience, 5 years in leadership role in utilities. Age limit: 45 years.
4. Manager / Director Commercial Reforms - Master's from HEC recognized institution. Min 8 years progressive professional experience, 5 years in senior management. Age limit: 45 years.
STRATEGY DIVISION (Public-Private Partnership Node):
5. Manager / Director Finance - PPP Node - MBA Finance OR CA/ACCA/CFA/ICMA/CIMA. Min 8 years experience in finance-related roles including investment banking, corporate banking. Age limit: 45 years.
6. Manager / Director Legal - PPP Node - LLB or above. Min 8 years corporate work experience in drafting/vetting commercial contracts. Age limit: 45 years.
7. Manager / Director Procurement/Contract Management - PPP Node - Bachelor's in Public Procurement/Supply Chain/Contract Management/Law/Business Admin. Min 8 years experience. Age limit: 45 years.
8. Dy. Manager / Dy. Director Finance - PPP Node - Bachelor's or above in Accounting/Finance/Business Admin OR Qualified CA/ACCA/CFA. Min 5 years experience. Age limit: 40 years.
HUMAN RESOURCE DIVISION:
9. Manager / Director HR Operations - MBA or BBA preferably in HR. Certification in HR like SHRM/HRIP preferred. Min 8 years HR experience. Age limit: 45 years.
10. Manager / Director Organizational Development - MBA or BBA preferably in HR. Min 8 years HR experience with 2 years in senior OD role. Age limit: 45 years.
CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS DIVISION:
11. Manager / Director Customer Relations - Master's in Business Admin/Marketing/Communication/Public Relations. Min 8 years experience in customer relations/sales/marketing. Age limit: 45 years.
12. Manager / Director Digital Communications - Master's in media studies/communications/marketing. Min 8 years experience in journalism/digital media/content creation. Age limit: 45 years.
BOARD SECRETARIAT:
13. Deputy Board Secretary - Master's in Business Admin/Public Admin/Law/Corporate Governance. Min 5-8 years experience in board secretariat/corporate governance. Age limit: 45 years.
KW&SC TRIBUNAL:
14. Research Analyst - Bachelor's in Law (LLB). 2-3 years experience in legal research/court practice. Fresh graduates may also apply. Age limit: 35 years.
