The applications are invited for Pre-Qualification of the Contractors for Retrofitting & Additions / Alterations (Ground Floor) of existing old boys hostel, Public School Gadap, Karachi. Scope of Work: Retrofitting and additions/alterations (ground floor) of existing old boys hostel. Estimated Cost: Rs. 75 Million. Project Period: Project completion period is 6 Months. Deadline for Submission: Applications are invited from interested firms/contractors for Retrofitting and additional/alteration (ground floor) of existing old boys hostel. The applications along with the following documents must reach on the address mentioned on or before 06/April/2024 during working hours. Eligibility: Valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council. Requirements include: Profile Of Firm / Contractor, Experience and Post Performance including list of similar assignments undertaken in the last 7 years and performance certificates, Key Personnel Qualification and Experience with CVs, Equipments details, Financial Standing with documentary evidence of financial position including bank statement and audited accounts for last three years with average annual turnover of the last three years not less than 50 million, Income tax return for last three years, and Affidavit that firm has never been black listed. Preference will be given to the local contractors or of the nearby cities of the region/Sindh. Only the qualified firms/Contractors under the process of evaluation will be intend to bid for the works/project at a later stage.
