PROJECT TITLE: Construction/Repair/Renovation of Graveyard of Jawangar/ Shankas Ghat and Community Centres for Minorities.
Following tender is invited based on single stage two envelope procedure from eligible firms / contractors registered / renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category.

Procurement shall be carried out through E-PADS (E-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System). Bidding Documents available on EPADS and PPRA Website. If e-Bid of proposed bidder is rejected on EPADS, hard copy or manual submission will not be entertained. E-Bid shall be registered as per Regulation 3 (4) of PPRA, 2024.
The Bidder must be active taxpayer on FBR/PRA and its registration with relevant organizations is mandatory for submitting proposal.
The Bid shall be a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure through Open Competitive Bidding Method and shall be evaluated on least cost method.
The bidder shall submit earnest money 2% of estimated cost in the form of CDR/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee in favor of Director Conservation and Planning, WCLA Lahore accompanying tender bid in name of applicant / firm on or before opening date, otherwise the online submitted bid will not be entertained.
Bid must be submitted through EPADS upto 28-04-2026 till 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened same day at 02:00 PM in the convention in presence of bidders / their authorized representatives and financial bids will be opened after Technical Evaluation.
Bid validity: 120 days from opening date. Price should be inclusive of all taxes and duties. Procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per rule 35 of PPRA 2014.
