NOTICE INVITING TENDER (NIT)
National University of Technology (NUTECH) invites electronic proposals through EPADS from well-established and reputed ICT firms registered with SECP / FBR and an active taxpayer for following work:

Description of Work: Provision of ICT Services at Main Campus, NUTECH Islamabad Through PSDP
Bid Security: 2,000,000/-

Bidding Document containing scope of work, detailed terms and conditions for submission of proposals, method of procurement (Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure), bid security, bid validity, opening of proposals, evaluation & qualification criteria, specifications, requirements etc. are available for registered bidders on EPADS - PPRA. Non-compliance with any form of bidding document will result in rejection of respective bid.

Pre-Bid meeting will be held on 22nd April, 2026 at 1100 hours at the address mentioned below.

The Technical bids must be submitted online by using EPADS on or before 4th May 2026 till 1100 hours. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1145 hours.

All firms participating through EPADS will be bound to submit their Original bid security in the shape of Pay order / Demand Draft as mentioned above in the favor of "Development Project Security Account" with letterheads in the office of the undersigned not later than 1100 hours on 4th May 2026.
