TENDER NOTICE FOR ANNUAL RATE CONTRACTS FY-2026-27
MEDICAL TEACHING INSTITUTION (MTI) BANNU
Sealed bids are invited from reputed Firms/Suppliers/Authorized dealers registered with relevant Tax Authorities including KPRA (where applicable), and are on Active Taxpayers List (ATL).

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. The rates approved will remain effective till 30.06.2027 and can be further extendable.
2. Bidding documents/TORs/Specification can be obtained from Accounts section of MTI Bannu on payment of Rs 2000/- (Non-refundable) during working hours before opening of bid till 1130 hours.
3. Bid on original company letter head sealed & signed (Every Page) should be submitted in words & figures.
4. Tender opening will be held on 06th May, 2026 in the office of the undersigned at 1200 hours.
5. Bids shall be delivered at the address given below at or before 1130 hours 06th May 2026.
6. Any bids received after due date and time shall be rejected as per KPPRA rules (37-4).
7. Tender/bid will be opened by the tender/procurement committee of MTI Bannu, in front of representatives of the firms/bidders who choose to attend the tender opening meeting.
8. The firm must be on FBR Active Taxpayer list.
9. All taxes will be deducted as per Government Rules.
10. All the firms shall be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) where applicable.
11. The firms must provide detail of NTN #, Sales Tax #, professional tax # and all other taxes to MTI Bannu.
12. No conditional tender will be acceptable.
13. The following documents must be attached at time of submission of tender:
(a) Photo copy of CNIC/Registration Certificate.
(b) Affidavit on 100 Rupees stamp paper duly attested by the oath commissioner to the effect that the firm has neither been black listed nor any contract rescinded in the near past.
(c) All the workers must be Pakistani citizen.
Note: The competent Authority has the right to reject any or all bids under the rule 47 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement Rules 2014.
