National University of Technology (NUTECH) intends to engage Design Consultancy Firm for detailed engineering design, drawings and preparation of construction stage tender documents for PSPC funded Project "Establishment of Campus, NUTECH Islamabad under PSDP" at main Campus of National University of Technology. Hiring through EPADS-PPRA. Requirements: Registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, on Active Tax Payers list of FBR, having experience in relevant field. Single Stage - Two Envelopes. Technical proposals submitted online by 8th July 2026 at 1100 hrs. Opening 1145 hrs same day. RFP fee Rs. 500,000/-.
