Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) invites well-reputed experienced and professional entities registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and on Active Taxpayers List to submit Electronic Bids (E-BID) on EPADS for Proposal (RFP) for Rental Space for Establishment of Coffee Shop at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore Building. Single Stage One Envelope. Electronic Request for Proposal (RFP) prepared as per instructions in RFP documents must be submitted through EPADS on or before 11:00 am, on 13th July 2026. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Electronic Bids submitted will be opened same day at 11:30 am at EPADS. Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) constituted. PCB reserves right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule 33 of Public Procurement Rules 2004.
