Finance Department, Government of Balochistan invites sealed proposals from qualified and experienced Legal Firms, Advocates, or Professional Advisory Firms for providing legal, regulatory and advisory services for registration, incorporation, licensing and operationalization of Bank of Balochistan with State Bank of Pakistan, Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Federal Board of Revenue, provincial tax authorities and other relevant authorities. Eligibility: Relevant experience in banking, corporate, regulatory, taxation and financial sector laws. Firms must have completed assignments of similar nature. Bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope. Financial proposals opened only of firms whose technical proposals declared responsive. Selection made per evaluation criteria in RFP. Proposals submitted online through BPPRA e-procurement system. No hard copies accepted. Incomplete proposals not considered.
