Hiring of Consultants/Consultancy Firms for Sector Studies in Engineering Industries

Description

The Engineering Development Board (EDB), Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan invites sealed proposals from reputable consultants/consulting firms for undertaking sector studies in engineering industries. The studies include Home Appliances, Electrical & Power, Automotive Products & Parts Industry, Capital Goods, Pumps, Motors & Valves, and Sanitary Fittings. Each study involves assessment of the sectors for financial year 2025 in areas including national productive capacity, national consumer demand, installed capacity, export potential of each sector in US Dollar per annum, and ten key potential export markets for producers in Pakistan within the sectors categorized by country. Procurement will follow Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure (Technical & Financial Proposals separately) as per PPRA rule 36 (b). Eligible individual consultants with active NTN status or consulting firms with active NTN and STRN, having proven experience in conducting market research and analysis and strong analytical and work experience in macro-economic analysis, may apply. Submission deadline is 06 May 2026 at 11:00 hrs at Engineering Development Board, Islamabad. Technical Proposals will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders.
