Establishment of Digital / Cashless Cattle Markets of Sacrificial Animals in Islamabad

The Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad has issued a corrigendum to the open auction notice for Establishment of Digital / Cashless Cattle Markets of Sacrificial Animals in Islamabad for the period of 13 days w.e.f. 1st Zilhaj to 13th Zilhaj on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha-2026. Amendments have been made in DMA, MCI's Open Auction Notice published in different national dailies on 09th April 2025, PID (I) 8024-25. Fee per animal is Rs. 4000/- for Big Animal (Camel, Buffalo, Cow) and Rs. 3000/- for Small animal (Goat, Sheep). Installation/display of QR code for digital payment on each stall is mandatory and failure to comply will lead to strict action. Only successful bidders are allowed to participate in the bids who obtain the TDRs/Tender Documents and submit pay order of earnest money in favor of DDO DMA-MCI one hour before the auction time. The auction will be held on scheduled date & time, already published in national dailies. However, in case local administration declares public holiday in Islamabad on those days, the auction will be held on 28th April, 2025 (Tuesday) with alternate days (29th April and 30th April 2025) at same time i.e. 11:00 am.
