Electronic bids are invited under Single Stage-Single Envelope E-Bidding System as per AJK PPRA Rules 36(a) from eligible firms/contractors licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council and having endorsement in C&W Govt AJK for FY 2025-26 in appropriate category. Work includes Construction of Bani Ziarat Achral Road, Length 1.50 Km, District Muzaffarabad with Technical Sanction No. & Date DB/CE/1062 dated 20-04-2026. Estimated cost is Rs. 49.653 Million. Contractor category required is C-5 & Above. Bid Security is Rs. 1.490 Million. Completion period is 24 months. Bids must be submitted electronically via bidder's dashboard by 05-05-2026 at 11:30 AM and will be opened on the same day. Electronic bidding shall be done on percentage (Above/Below/At par) basis. Bidders must upload scanned copy of Bank Receipt showing proof of deposit of Bid Security in the Divisional Joint Account and other required documents. Hard copy of Original Bank Receipts along with Bidding Documents uploaded by Highways Division Muzaffarabad duly signed & stamped must be submitted to the Executive Engineer Highways Division Muzaffarabad within 48 hours after opening of bid through E-Bidding system.
