Description

The Assistant Director Police invites bids from eligible Bidders for supply of ICT Equipment/Network, surveillance devices, office and field equipment (Total 1 Items/1 Count). Physical bid will not be accepted. No physical bid is required. For all procurements of GOB, bids shall be submitted through Electronic or Manual Bid Submission, it is Mandatory For All Bidders to Get Registered with Balochistan Public Procurement System of BPPRA.GOB. Tender Fee: 1,000 PKR. Bid Security: 2%. Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Eligibility criteria: having completed one project of Similar Nature and Complexity 15,500,000 in Previous 5 Years Turn over of at least 13,250,000 PKR in 5 Subsequent Previous Years, Presence in Active Tax Payer List, Sales Tax Certificate. The Manufacturer shall be represented by a local agent. 3S Dealership agency of Pakistan JV is not permissible. Submission of the required Bid Security in case Bid Security is not found as required during Technical Evaluation of Bids, such bids shall be declared as in-eligible and non-responsive. Submission of the required Bidding document Fee All bidders are required to upload verified work orders and subsequent documents from concerned department in response to eligibility criteria mentioned above 30-days delivery time and Provision of samples. Procedure Of Procurement: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bid Security: The bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in shape of a Pay Order or Call of 2 % specified above in the name of the under-signed from a scheduled bank.
