Establishment of Sports Complex at Khuzdar

Electronic bids are invited from eligible bidders for execution of works for the year 2025 based on Composite Schedule of Rates 2023 & MRS,2024 under percentage rates. Work includes Establishment of Sports Complex at Khuzdar with E/Cost Rs. 247,063,906/-. Tender Fee is 1000 PKR and Bid Security is 2%. Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility: Active Tax Payer, not blacklisted, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-3 and above (up to 500 million) in relevant category. Required specialized codes: CE10 (General Civil Engineering Works), CE01(i) (Roads, Pavements, Culverts), CE01(ii) (Concrete Works), CE01(iii) (Repair & Maintenance), CE01(iv) (Slope Protection), CE01(v) (Concrete Repairs), CE01(vi) (Landscaping & Horticulture), CE01(vii) (Reclamation Works), CE01(viii) (General Buildings and Maintenance), CE09 (Sewerage Works), CE10(i) (General Buildings and Maintenance), CE10(ii) (Water Supply and Sewerage), CE10(iii) (Sanitation Works). Contractor must have completed 1 assignment of similar nature of work over 172,560,734 PKR in previous years and turnover of at least 163,812,500 PKR in 5 subsequent previous years. Bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope. Bid Security must accompany bid in form of Call Deposit/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee (at least 28 days beyond bid validity) from a scheduled bank in the name of the under-signed. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids can only be submitted electronically by 11 May, 2026 till 12:00 PM through E-Bidding System and will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM on EPPS System.
