Cadet College Jacobabad invites sealed bids/tenders from interested/well reputed bidders/firms as per SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended 2019) under Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure for Installation and Commissioning of 600 KV Solar System. Estimated cost is Rs. 76.00 Million. Call Deposit is 2%, Tender Fee is Rs. 5000/- (non-refundable), PEC Category required is C-4, and completion time is 3 months. E-Bidding documents are available on Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority’s EPADS at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/ and College website. Electronic bids must be submitted using EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Technical proposals will be opened first, and financial proposals of technically qualified bids will be opened later. Bidder must have valid PEC license with specialization codes EE01, EE02, EE03, EE04, EE06, EE07, EE08, EE09, EE10, EE11 (Solar Energy System), EE11 (General Electrical Works), EE11 (General Electronics Works). Other requirements include SRB registration, NTN, list of similar assignments in last 5 years, 10% performance security, audited reports of last 5 years, bank statement showing 50% cash availability of estimated cost and 100% turnover of estimated cost.
