Description

PPMC under the PIU-EDEIP is inviting bids for Procurement of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) License under the Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP). The procurement has 2 lots: LOT 1 - Procurement of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) License for PPMC, and LOT 2 - Procurement of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) License for ISMO. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) under Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per "World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (November 2020)". Project is financed by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD). Reference No: PK-MOE-532645-GO-RFB. Loan No: 9338-PK (PIU6335). Pre-Bid meeting will be held on May 11th, 2026 (Monday) at 11:00 AM at OFFICE # 112, EVACUEE TRUST COMPLEX, AGHA KHAN ROAD, ISLAMABAD. Bids must be delivered to the above office by May 26th, 2026 (Tuesday) by 11:00 AM accompanied by bid security in favor of "Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP)" in shape of CDR, SDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, Banker's Cheque, or Unconditional Bank Guarantee @2% of the bid value for each lot. Bids will be opened on May 26th, 2026 (Tuesday) by 11:30 AM in presence of bidders. Late submission will be returned unopened.
