Request for Bids Works Name of Scheme Rehabilitation of Dera Allah Yar to Hairdeen road via Sohbatpur Phase-I from RD 10-1550 to 38-040 District Sohbatpur Length 21.45 Km Contract Reference No Pk-PIU-IFRAP-CIR-551865-CW-RFB Country Islamic Republic of Pakistan Credit No 7333-PK Towards cost of Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project IFRAP and intends to apply part of funds to cover eligible payments under Contract for Works of following schemes. Sr No Name of Sub Project Contract ID No Rehabilitation of Dera Allah Yar to Hairdeen road via Sohbatpur Phase-I from RD 10-1550 to RD 38-040 District Sohbatpur Length 21.45 Km PK-PIU-IFRAP-CIR-551865-CW-RFB. Project Director Construction Division-I IFRAP now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Construction Works of above-mentioned schemes. Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding NCB method as specified in World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers dated November 2020 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in Procurement Regulations. In addition please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth World Bank policy on conflict of interest. Completion time for works is 750 days. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Office of Project Director Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project IFRAP. Complete set of bidding documents in English may be downloaded from www.ifrapus.com by completing basic information sheet for future correspondence. Interested bidders may also obtain hard copies of bidding documents upon submission of written application to address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee as described. Payment must be submission of Green Challan at National Bank of Pakistan in head of Account C03434. Document may be collected in person Additional Charges of Rs 1000 for each contract will be payable if document are required through courier. Bids must be delivered to office of Project Director PIU-IFRAP Component-4 at address House-06 No 10-A Service Road Opposite to FIA Office Jinnah Town Road Quetta on 24th July 2025 Meeting can also be attended virtually interested bidders may send an email at procurement.specialist1@gmail.com requesting link for virtual pre-bid meeting no later than 20th July 2026 at 10:30 am. Bids should be delivered on or before 12:00 hours of 13 August 2026 at which time they will be opened in presence of bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at address below Electronic bidding will not be permitted Late bids will be rejected. Bids shall be valid for period of 91 days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security of amounting PKR 42 million and method of payment will be i an unconditional bank guarantee ii irrevocable letter of credit iii cashier or certified check iv pay order demand draft v call deposit receipt CDR. All queries may be delivered to address given below in writing at least 7 working days before deadline of submission of bids. All bidders shall be required to submit their bids qualification specified in bidding document This information shall be used to establish through post-qualification whether bidder is qualified and capable of completing contract. Bids are required to be submitted on item rate basis not on basis of Composite Schedule of Rates and percentage premium and rates and amounts in Rupees must be filled by bidder for each Item in Bill of Quantities and provide a total price.
