Pre Qualification for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers / Sole Agents of Foreign Manufacturers for the Fiscal Year 2026-27

WAPDA Medical Directorate invites applications for prequalification of drugs/medicines for Financial Year 2026-27 through EPADS from pharmaceutical manufacturers / sole agents of foreign manufacturers registered with income tax and sales tax department and on Active Tax payer list of FBR to conclude 'CLOSED FRAME WORK AGREEMENT' for supply of drugs/medicines at its dispensaries/hospitals located at different places of WAPDA formations in Pakistan working under the technical and administrative control of WAPDA Medical Directorate, Lahore. The eligible licensed/registered firms may participate in the prequalification process through EPADS v 1.0. Prequalification document containing detailed terms and conditions and requirements etc are available for registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. The electronic applications must be submitted by on or before 12-05-2026 till 11:00 AM. Manual applications shall not be accepted. Electronic applications will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM on www.eprocure.gov.pk. Notification of GRC constituted interms of Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 is provided on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk, www.ppra.org.pk and www.wapda.gov.pk.
