External Electrification and Road Structure under the Project Establishment of University College of Zhob BUITEMS

BUITEMS invites sealed bids from PEC/BRA/NTN registered well reputed construction firms (category C-4 & above) under Single Stage Two Envelop (SSTE) method for External Electrification and Road Structure under the Project Establishment of University College of Zhob BUITEMS with bid security 2% of bid price. The bid should comprise two separate envelopes financial proposal and the technical proposal marked as "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" and "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" in bold letters. Initially, only "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" shall be opened and the envelope marked as "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" shall be retained in the custody of BUITEMS without being opened. Technical proposals shall be evaluated in the manner prescribed in the tender documents and financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders shall be opened publicly at a time, date and venue announced and communicated later on. Tender documents may be obtained from the Directorate of Planning & Development, BUITEMS against request letter appended with pay order / demand draft amounting to Rs. 3,000/- (non-refundable) in favor of Director, Planning & Development BUITEMS before 8th May, 2026. The bids should be submitted before 1:45 pm on 8th May, 2026 in Directorate Planning & Development and the technical proposals shall be opened on the same day at 3:30 pm in Jinnah Hall meeting room BUITEMS Takatu Campus. Procurement will be carried out in accordance with PPRA rules and PEC guidelines.
