Office of the Medical Superintendent, Syed Muhammad Hussain Samli Hospital Samli and Nawaz Sharif Cardiology Centre Murree invites offers for Security Services, Janitorial Services, MEP Services and Medical Gases (Central Supply) on frame work contract basis for financial year 2026-27 from well reputed, experienced firms in the relevant field and GST & Income Tax registered firms with bid submission dated and time 14/05/2026 at 10:30 AM and technical bid opening time 14/05/2026 at 11:00 AM. Tender forms are available on PPRA website, E-PADS on Punjab Acquisitions and Disposal System. Bid security of 2% of quoted tender value in shape of call deposit / Bank Guarantee in the name of Medical Superintendent is mandatory and original bid security must be submitted before closing time in the purchase office. Bidding documents including all details can be downloaded from PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk & http://eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically on e-PADS by 14/05/2026 till 10:30 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM through e-PADS. Single stage two envelope bidding procedure shall be adopted as per PPRA rules. All assessments and procuring procedure shall be governed by PPRA Rules & PADS. Chairman purchase committee may reject all bids subject to relevant provision of Punjab procurement rules 2014.
