Procurement of Bullet Proof Jackets & Ballistic Helmets for Balochistan Constabulary

Description

The Assistant Director Police invites bids from eligible Bidders for procurement of Bullet Proof Jackets & Ballistic Helmets for Balochistan Constabulary (Surrendered/Recovered Item(s)) (Count: 2) under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014 with eligibility requiring 5 assignments of similar nature and value, 10 years in business, annual turnover of at least 500,000,000 PKR in 3 subsequent previous years, presence in Active Tax Payer List Sales Tax Certificate, and not being blacklisted by any procuring agency. The procurement shall be made under Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA.GOV.BD with a tender fee of 1000 PKR and bid security of 2% in the form of Call Deposit, and bidders must provide free 06-days samples of each item, valid authorization letter from principal manufacturer for Law enforcement Agencies, Certificate on company/firm letter head, and shelf-life certificate from OEM. Complete bids must be received by 07 May 2026 at 11:00 AM through supplier dashboard and tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:15 AM at Office of the Inspector General of Police Balochistan, Central Police Office, Quetta Cantt.
