PROCUREMENT FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING & MAINTENANCE OF ENDOSCOPY EQUIPMENT (PACKAGE NO. 6, LOT-A) ON DAP BASIS FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF FEDERAL GOVERNMENT POLYCLINIC (PGMI)-II AT G-11/3 ISLAMABAD

Description

Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) with Tender No. HCP/FGPC(PGMI)-II/ME-250326-1/P6A for procurement for supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of Endoscopy Equipment (Package No. 6, Lot-A) on DAP basis for establishment of Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II at G-11/3 Islamabad with an estimated cost of 158 Million PKR and bid security of 3,160,000.00 PKR under PPRA Rules 2004 (amended up to date) following Open Competitive Bidding and SSTE bidding procedure with bid validity of 180 days. The procurement shall be carried out through EPADS of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and all interested applicants are required to register on EPADS to be eligible for participation with RFP Document available on EPADS at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (Federal PPRA) Website http://ppra.org.pk. The RFP documents comprising the Technical & Financial Proposal prepared in accordance with the instructions in the RFP document must be submitted on EPADS on or before 11 May 2026 no later than 03:30 PM with Technical Proposal to be opened on the same day on EPADS at 04:00 PM and manual bids shall not be accepted.
