Construction of Streets and Drainage Schemes in District Rawalpindi

Tenders are invited in Item Wise Rate for construction of streets and drainage works from firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) having relevant category and those with lower category PEC registration may not submit any bid, with bids to be submitted up to 07 May 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the office of the Assistant Engineer LG&CD Civil Sub Division Rawalpindi in presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Interested bidders can obtain Tender Documents through E-PAD and PPRA Web Site and must upload their bid through E-PAD as manual bids are not acceptable, and must submit original CDR in the office of the Assistant Engineer LG&CD Civil Sub Division Rawalpindi otherwise the firm will be disqualified. There must be no cutting or amendment in bid quoted by contractors through electronic system, firms/contractors are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes at the time of release of payment as admissible under the rules prescribed by the Government of Punjab, and current PPRA Rules will be strictly applicable with any violation resulting in bid rejection. The notice includes 10 schemes covering Social Welfare Obligation Fund Mari Petroleum Ltd, Pindori Oil Field (Sunan Concession), PPL Hassal, OGDCL MOL Margalla Block, Production Bonus Obligation Mari Petroleum Ltd, and SAP SAVING (PHASE-VII) with works in various villages of Tehsil Gujar Khan and Tehsil Kallar Syedan, District Rawalpindi.
