Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) invites encrypted electronic bids under single stage two envelopes national competitive bidding procedure from active tax bidders registered on e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) and also registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for supply and installation (where applicable) of Tools, Machinery & Equipment for five packages including TEVTA/F/PC/809/2025-26 for Machinery, Equipment and Tools of Food Technology at 16,022,000 Rupees, TEVTA/F/PC/810/2025-26 for Digital Printing Machinery, Equipment and Tools of Food Technology at 26,467,800 Rupees, TEVTA/F/PC/811/2025-26 for Machinery & Equipment of Textile Lab for Govt. Weaving & Finishing Institute Shahdara at 53,482,500 Rupees, TEVTA/F/PC/812/2025-26 for Machinery & Equipment of Photo Studio for Govt. Weaving & Finishing Institute Shahdara at 2,650,000 Rupees, and TEVTA/F/PC/813/2025-26 for Machinery & Equipment of Textile Lab for Govt. Weaving & Finishing Institute Shahdara at 30,000,000 Rupees, with e-Bid Opening Date & Time for first two packages on 28 April 2026 at 11:00 AM and for remaining three packages on 28 April 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bidding documents are available on e-PADS and PPRA Website i.e. www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and can be downloaded free of cost, encrypted electronic bids duly completed and in conformity with Bidding Documents must be submitted online on e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) website https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk till 10:30 AM dated April 28, 2026, original bid security in favour of Chairperson TEVTA in the shape of Bank Guarantee/CDR/Bankers Cheque/Pay Order must be submitted physically before closing date, and e-Bids submitted through e-PADS shall only be entertained.
