PROVISIONING OF CALL CENTER MANAGED SERVICES (FACILITY + HUMAN AGENTS) UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR A PROJECT IMPLEMENTED BY PITB – (EGOV-37)

Description

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites bids for provisioning of Call Center Managed Services (Facility + Human Agents) under framework contract for a project implemented by PITB – (EGOV-37) for Lot No. 1 with quantity of 300 Agents, estimated total cost of 324,000,000 Rupees, and bid security (fixed) of 1,000,000 Rupees, where the procurement shall be completed in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Tender Documents are available at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and may be downloaded free of cost, and Technical and Financial Separate Bids, duly completed, signed, stamped, and in complete conformity with Tender Document must be submitted online on E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) website https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk till 11:00 hours on 11 May 2026 with bids opened at 11:30 hours on the same date as per PPRA Rules, 2014. Bidders are advised to ensure uploading the Bid on E-PADS Portal well before the submission deadline, bids that are incomplete, not signed and stamped, late, or submitted by other than specified mode will not be considered, and income/sales tax registration certificate and other documents as mentioned in Tender Document must accompany the bids.
