Description

The Office of the Executive Engineer (Building-III), Gwadar Development Authority, Government of Balochistan invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for execution of works for the Year 2026 based on Composite schedule rates 2023 on Percentage Rates for Construction of Sewerage Networks for Old Town & Dhore Ghatti, Gwadar Phase-II with an estimated cost of 743,863,455 Rupees, tender fee of 3,000 PKR, and bid security of 2%. Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure, and bidders must be registered at Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB, present in Active Tax Payer List, not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan, registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority, have completed 2 assignments of similar nature, show turnover of at least 520,704,418 PKR in 3 subsequent previous years, and hold Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-2 and above registration in relevant category with specialized codes CE09, EE04, EE05, CE10 (i), and ME06 (vi). Bids must be submitted electronically latest by 12 May 2026 till 11:00 AM through supplier dashboard on EPPS System and will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM, tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk, and bid security must accompany bids in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 2%.
