REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) for Financial Consultancy Services

Telecom Foundation invites quotations from Chartered Accountant firms, Cost & Management Accountant firms, and reputable financial consultancy firms for short-term financial advisory services to support evaluation, structuring, and arrangement of financing solutions for its strategic and operational needs, including hybrid education projects. Eligible firms must be experienced financial advisory firms with relevant qualifications, proven experience in financing/capital structuring including experience with NGOs/Foundations, and client references. Submission requirements include company profile, financial quotation, timeline & deliverables, and quotation validity, with quotations to be submitted at financial.advisory@telecomfoundation.org.pk and Terms of Reference available for download at https://www.telecomfoundation.org.pk/business-opportunities. Telecom Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal without assigning reason and only shortlisted firms will be contacted.
