Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Asset Performance Management System (APMS) and Allied Equipment

HAZECO (Hazara Electric Supply Company) invites E-Bids through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from prequalified suppliers/manufacturers with DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments of FBR for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of material conforming to PPMC/WAPDA Specifications connected to the grid through open tender as per tender financed under HAZECO's Own Resources on FCS basis with Free Delivery to Consignee's Stores at Regional Store Abbottabad. The tender includes Sr. No. 1 for Supply of APMS (Asset Performance Management System) for 200KVA Ratings with 92 units, Sr. No. 2 for Supply of APMS for 100KVA Ratings with 186 units, Sr. No. 3 for Supply of APMS for 50KVA Ratings with 281 units, Sr. No. 4 for Supply of APMS for 25KVA Ratings with 71 units, and Sr. No. 5-8 for Installation, configuration, Testing and commissioning of equipment/items listed at Sr#1-4 as Job works. Only e-bids are acceptable and interested bidders must apply through EPADS at http://www.epads.gov.pk, bidding will be conducted in line with Single Stage – Single Envelope procedure of Public Procurement Rules & Regulations, bid shall be valid for 60 days, original bid security must reach Manager (SCM) HAZECO HQ, College Road, Abbottabad before bid submission date and time, e-bids will be opened promptly thereafter in public on 11 May 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of Manager (SCM) HAZECO HQ, and HAZECO reserves the rights to accept or reject all bids without justifying the grounds as per PPRA Rule-33.
