WAPDA INTERNATIONAL BID NOTICE for MANGLA POWER STATION

Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA), represented by the Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA, Hydro Power Station, Tarbela invites sealed Electronic Bids through EPADS from eligible bidders i.e. Manufacturers, Authorized Distributors, Suppliers, and Contractors for two works under E-Bid Reference No OP/ITR-875, OP/ITR-876, where the bidder must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department, are on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and duly licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category for the following works at Power Station Tarbela. EPADS Bid Notice No. F-20241781020 (E-Bid No. OP/ITR-875) is for Design, Manufacturing, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 500 KV SF6 Circuit breakers, associated 500 KV Disconnect Switches, 550KV Current Transformers, 500 KV Capacitor Voltage Transformers at 500 KV Switchyard, Units 11-14, Tarbela Power Station, Tehsil Ghazi, District Haripur with Bid Security of PKR 65.10 Million, Opening Date 10-06-2026 at 1130 Hrs, and time period for completion of Contract 550-days. EPADS Bid Notice No. F-20241845384 (E-Bid No. OP/ITR-876) is for Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning of the Retrofit/Upgradation/Replacement of the existing obsolete RTUs of the SCADA System and import of necessary signals of Auto Transformers (1-4), Energy Meters and complete bay (T2 & 6) etc. into the SCADA System on Turnkey Basis for Power Station Tarbela on F.O.B. basis with Bid Security of PKR 66.00 Million, Opening Date 10-06-2026 at 1230 Hrs, and time period for completion of Contract 18-months. E-Bidding documents as per regulations, containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements, are available for registered bidders on EPADS at www.epads.gov.pk free of cost, electronic bids must be submitted by using EPADS upto 1100 Hrs, dated 10-06-2026, manual bids shall not be accepted, electronic bids will be opened on the same day in Wapda Auditorium, Wapda House, Lahore, in the presence of bidders' designated representatives, a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure shall be followed for this procurement, each bidder shall furnish Bid Security in the shape of Bank Guarantee/CDR in favour of Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA, Tarbela, and hard copy (in original) of Bid security must reach prior or before bid closing time as bid submission time, with insurance guarantees not acceptable.
