PUNJAB HIGHWAYS DEPARTMENT TENDER NOTICE for Rehabilitation/Construction of Roads in District Gujranwala

Punjab Highways Department invites tenders from Engineering Firms/contractors having PEC License 2025-26 in Category C-4 or above with Specialization Code CE-01, CE-10 for following schemes: Sr. No. 1 for Widening / Construction of Road from Narowal Circular Road to Govt. Girls Degree College including 1-No. New Kar and Construction of 1-No. Culvert at Nala Dek, Length = 0.30 Km, District Narowal with Estimated Cost Rs. 40.135 (M) and 6-Months Completion Period, Tender ID CENL-NAR-W&R-2025-26-107; Sr. No. 2 for Rehabilitation / construction of road from Munshary Road to Bhajo Chak via Khokhar Wala, Length = 5.20 Km, District Narowal with Estimated Cost Rs. 69.340 (M) and 6-Months Completion Period, Tender ID CENL-NAR-W&R-2025-26-108; and Sr. No. 3 for Rehabilitation / construction of road from Narowal Pasrur Road via Adalat Garha Dehran Chahal to Rayyewall including Bridge over Dehran Chahal Drain, Length = 5.15 Km, District Narowal with Estimated Cost Rs. 172.502 (M) and 6-Months Completion Period, Tender ID CENL-NAR-W&R-2025-26-109. Tenders will be received through EPADS Portal from the account of interested contractors only, and all firms/contractors must be registered on Punjab PPRA website www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk to participate, with bidding documents available for registered bidders on EPADS. The bidding procedure shall be Single Stage Two Envelope as per PPRA Rule-38 2(a), interested bidders will prepare Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal accordingly, Technical Proposal will be opened on 07.05.2026 at 01:30 PM by the Tender Opening Committee in the office of Superintending Engineer Highways Circle Gujranwala, financial proposals of technically qualified firms shall be opened on date communicated after evaluation, and conditional bid or bids without Bid Security will be considered non-responsive. All requisite documents are to be uploaded on EPADS Portal from the account of Interested firm / company for each work separately, Joint Venture is permitted, and no other document except uploaded on EPADS Portal shall be considered, with bidding documents evaluation criteria and all other terms & conditions available on EPADS Portal.
