The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites e-application from the National Engineering Firms/Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-A (No Limit) along with project codes CE-01, CE-05, CE-10, EE-01, EE-02, EE-04, EE-06, EE-07, EE-08, ME-02, ME-03 for pre-qualification of work "ESTABLISHMENT OF FRD HEADQUARTERS AT SECTOR H-11, ISLAMABAD". Electronic pre-qualification document, containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions is available for the registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk, and the electronic proposal, prepared in accordance with instructions in the pre-qualification documents must be submitted through EPADS on or before 11-05-2026 at 11:30 AM, with manual submission not accepted. Electronic proposals will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM on www.eprocure.gov.pk, notification of GRC constituted in terms of Rule-48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 is provided on EPADS, and further information regarding the project may be obtained from the Director, works Mashooq Ali Sheikh (Cell No. +92-334-5112472) on any working day during office hours i.e. 8:00 am PST till 4:00 pm PST. Only the short listed/prequalified firms/contractors will subsequently be invited to submit tender/bid for the above mentioned project, and in case of incomplete information or concealment of fact, the application will result into disqualification of the firm/contractor.
