State Disaster Management Authority, Government of Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites sealed bids from manufacturers/dealers/suppliers/firms/importers registered with Income Tax Department Govt. of Pakistan/Govt. of AJ&K for supply of Non-Food Items including Mattress Single Bed 1000, Quilt Single Bed 1000, Kitchen Sets 1000, Blanket 1200, Tarpal 1200, Tarpaulin Sheet 1500, and Plastic Mats 1000 with specifications mentioned in the bidding document. The bidding document containing detailed specifications, instructions and conditions can be obtained for a non-refundable cash payment of Rs. 5000 from the office of Director State Disaster Management Authority, Block No. 10 New Secretariat, Chattar Muzaffarabad Azad Kashmir, on or before 07-05-2026 during office hours, and bids completed in all respects should reach on or before 11-05-2026, till 11:00 a.m. in the office of the Director (Admin) State Disaster Management Authority, Block No 10 New Civil Secretariat, Chattar Muzaffarabad Azad Kashmir, which shall be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. by designated Committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. All bids should be submitted duly sealed by tape binding with proper page marking and signing and stamping of each page of bidding document, and black listed Firms/Companies/Suppliers/Distributors/Contractors/Bidders are prohibited for participation with affidavit certificate required that they are neither black listed nor in conflict anywhere in territory of the State of the AJ&K, Federally Administrated Areas or Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The call deposit (Refundable) of Rs 3.5 million in the form of CDR/Pay order in favor of the Deputy Director Admin SDMA Muzaffarabad Azad Kashmir should accompany every quotation otherwise the offer will not be entertained and will be rejected, bid prices must be quoted on the relevant page of bidding document with price schedule signed and stamped by authorized representative of bidder, quoted price of the offered items should include all enforced applicable taxes as per AJ&K taxation law, the bidder must have valid active registration with AJ&K-CBR as per 13th amendment in the AJK interim constitution Act 1974 and AJ&K central board of revenue (CBR) Act 2020 and should have successfully completed at least one supply of similar items each worth PKR 10 million in the last 04 years, bid validity period shall be 120 days from the date of opening of the bid, and the successful bidder shall be bound to supply the ordered items within 45 days from date of issuance of work order. All terms and conditions mentioned in AJK PPRA Rules, 2017 shall be applicable on this procurement, and the Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity as per PPRA Rules, 2017.
