Our client Yasir Islam is interested to purchase from Farhat Ullah Khan, Fayyaz Ullah Khan and Irfan Ullah Khan sons of Aman Ullah Khan all ownership rights and title with vacant physical possession of two commercial Plot No.30 measuring 02 kanal 35 Sft and Plot No.31 measuring 02 kanal 56 Sft Block-College Sector situated at Allama Iqbal Town Scheme, Lahore with all present and future rights, titles, interests, easements, paths, ways, privileges and benefits attached thereto free from all disputes, litigations, claims, demands, encumbrances, mortgage, debts, charges, bar, lien, burdens, and outstanding dues of whatsoever nature. Any person, authority, agency or society particularly the National Accountability Bureau, Federal Investigation Agency, Lahore Development Authority, banks and financial institutions having any claim, right, lien, or any objection whatsoever, should notify to the undersigned along with documentary evidence under registered A/D cover within 07 days from the date of publication of this notice, failing which any claim, lien or objection shall be deemed to have been waived and the transfer / sale purchase of the Plots shall be completed in favour of our client.
