Expansion and Renovation of Cardiac Unit, DHQ Hospital Sattian from 60 to 100-Bed, ADP No. 428 for year 2025-26

Description

The Punjab Building Department invites tenders from engineering firms/contractors on item rates basis as per PPRA E-Tendering System for Expansion and Renovation of Cardiac Unit, DHQ Hospital Sattian from 60 to 100-Bed under ADP No. 428 for year 2025-26 with estimated cost of Rs. 692.012 Million and earnest money @ 5% Rs. 34.601 Million. The procurement will be carried out through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 38 (2) (a). Prospective bidders must submit Earnest Money in the form of CDR and upload technical and financial proposals on the EPADS website. Conditional tenders without earnest money will be rejected. Last date for submission of Technical & Financial bid is 13.05.2026 till 11:00 A.M. with opening of Technical Bids at 11:30 A.M. and Financial Bids at 11:30 A.M. of technically qualified bidders. Time limit for completion is up to 15.06.2027.
