Hiring the Services of Security Guards from Security Companies/Firms for Further Strengthening the Security Measures at UET, Taxila

The University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila invites E-Bids from prospective bidders/firms registered with All Pakistan Security Agencies Association (APSAA), having NOC from Interior Ministry/Home Department, ISO Certified (Punjab), registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments, and holding valid Income Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, EOBI, PESSI/ESSI etc. for hiring 40 security guards at an estimated annual price of Rs. 26,205,120/- with bid security of Rs. 524,102/-. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS e-procurement system by 18 May, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. with bid opening on the same day at 11:30 A.M. Original bid security must also be submitted in an envelope to the Procurement Cell, UET Taxila before the deadline. The contractor shall abide by all applicable laws including labor laws, minimum wages as notified by Govt of Punjab, and contributions to PESSI/ESSI, EOBI.
