National Grid Company (NGC) of Pakistan Limited invites sealed bids from eligible firms or persons licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category for Contract No. XEN-EHV-TLCLHR-01-2026. The scope of works includes Construction and Completion of Civil Works, Erection, Stringing, Testing & Commissioning for Conversion of Tower Nos. 42 & 43 of 220kV Double Circuit Twin Bundle T/Line Sheikhupura - Ravi Circuit I & II from Suspension Type to Tension Type. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) under PEC's Single Stage-Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure. Bidding Documents can be purchased for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000/- up to 14.05.2026 during working hours from the office of Executive Engineer (EHV-I) T/L'C' Division NGC, 23-Nargis Block Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore. Bids must be submitted through e-PADS only on or before 18.05.2026 at 11:00 Hrs, however Bid Security is required to be submitted in Original (hard copy) before bids closing deadline. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 Hrs on the same day.
