Supply of Lunch Boxes (Chicken Pulao/Chicken Biryani) on 1st & 2nd Day of Eid-Ul-Azha, 2026

Capital Development Authority, Solid Waste Management invites sealed tenders on Single Stage Two Envelope basis as per PPRA Rule 36(b) from contractors/firms/JV duly enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council in appropriate category & codes having valid Registration Certificate, NTN & GST registration with FBR and who can prove their eligibility and qualification for supply of lunch boxes (Chicken Pulao/Chicken Biryani) on 1st & 2nd day of Eid-Ul-Azha, 2026. The NIT cost is Rs. 18,000/- with bid security Rs. 141,540/-. Electronic request for proposal documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions is available for registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk. The procurement process will be completed by using EPAD publicly on the date and time mentioned above in the presence of procurement committee & bidders' authorized representatives. Bids must be accompanied by bid security refundable in the form of pay order/CDRs in favor of DDO (Sanitation), CDA issued by any schedule bank of Pakistan. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of bid security on E-PADS and shall provide the original pay order/CDR before opening of technical bids.
