Hiring of Security Services

Description

Heavy Mechanical Complex, Taxila invites sealed tenders from reputable and experienced security service providers to provide security services at the complex. Detailed documents and submission guidelines can be obtained from the SCM Department. Sealed tenders, duly completed in all respects, bearing the tender number and prepared in accordance with the instructions in bidding documents must reach Tender Box, Main Gate, HMC on or before 13-05-2026 for its opening at 1430 hours on the same day. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders/their authorized representatives who wish to be present. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, are available at the office of Supply Chain Management and can be purchased against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000/- in the form of CDR/Pay Order in the favor of HMC. HMC will not be responsible for PESSI deductions for any Security Service Providers. HMC reserves the right to accept or reject all bids and to annul the tendering process at any stage prior to award the Contract.
