HAZECO TENDER NOTICE Invitation for E-Bids (IFB)

Description

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-Bids for the following work from contractors registered with PPRA EPADS and the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), renewed for the year 2025-26, under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using the Single Stage One Envelope e-Bidding Method in accordance with the provisions of PPRA rules for ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR WORKS OF RESIDENTIAL & NON- RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS OF HAZECO HAZARA CIRCLE-I, ABBOTTABAD & HAZARA CIRCLE-II MANSEHRA FOR FY 2025-26 with estimated cost PKR 13,000,000/- and PEC Category C-6 and above having specialization code CE-10. Bidders must demonstrate five years of experience in the field of construction, be registered with FBR, KPRA, have completed at least two civil contracts within the last five years of the same nature and scope, and provide audited financial record for the last 03 years. Bids must be submitted through E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal before bid closing time 10:00 am on 28/04/2026, with bid opening at 10:30 am the same day, and 3% bid security is required.
