With reference to Tender Notice IPI No. 3321 published in Jhang Lahore (05.04.2026), Jhang Multan (06.04.2026) and The News Lahore (07.04.2026), it is hereby notified that the schedule of the aforementioned Tender Notice for the submission of bids has been extended in respect of the following tenders for the Financial Year 2026-27: Registration of Vendors For Day To Day LP (PTP Portal) & Local Purchase Through Quotation (Epads) of Medicines/ Surgical Disposables etc F.Y 2026-27, Framework Contract / Hiring of Janitorial Services for SFMKIB D.G.Khan F.Y 2026-27, Annual Repair & Maintenance Contract & Services for CCTV Cameras, UPS & Networking Equipment (including all Spares / Parts) (FY 2026-27), Procurement and Installation of Central Announcement System with all accessories (FY 2026-27), Hiring of Hostel Building for Doctors / Nursing Staff and other staff of SFMKB Institute of Cardiology D.G.Khan, Annual Repair & Maintenance Contract & Services for Fire Fighting System (Including all Spares & Parts) (FY 2026-27), and Annual Repair & Maintenance Contract & Services for Telephone Exchange (Including all Spares & Parts) (FY 2026-27). Revised Schedule: Pre-Bid Meeting 22-04-2026 at 11:00 AM, Last Date for Online Bid Submission 05-05-2026 at 11:00 AM, Tender Opening 05-05-2026 at 11:30 AM. All bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PAD portal. Manual/hard copies/physical bids or bids through email will not be accepted. Bids submitted after 11:00 AM on 05-05-2026 shall not be entertained. The URL of the website of the PPRA is (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx) and all tenders will be uploaded exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the website of the PPRA. All other terms and conditions of the original tender notice shall remain unchanged.
